Wow that's terrible. I wonder if we are seeing a time when the dot com era rockstars and giants are being whittled away down to bare bones operations with everything outsourced and zero quality control. I see alot of fresh startups like Basecamp, Freshbooks, Harvest, etc, who seem to be doing things the right way and putting quality and customers first, but the old school sites seem to be turning into corporate bullshit factories.
