That's BS. They most certainly can have quality control, and if that fails,
then at a corporate level THEY must be responsible for the bad service,
because THEY got paid money from the consumer AND the property that they
booked in the first place.

Shrugging of shoulders and hiding behind a terms of service is not a way to
do business. Full stop.
