You *asked* for an example of a question that *could* be culturally biased. And that is what you got. You did *NOT* ask for a question with a cultural bias that invalidated the question! There is not a one to one relationship. And apparently no matter how many times several of us have fucking said, "you are frigin right!", not turning in a person drunk on duty, even for cultural reasons, is bad -- you insist on continuing to bash *us* about it. But being right, does not remove the potential cultural bias. And assuming all possible bias in the test is equally invalid is wrong. All we know is that analysis of the *results* seems to indicate there might be a cultural bias to the test. That bias may be valid as this example would be, or it may not. We do not know. Probably nobody know if the test was not evaluated to determine what the cultural biases might have been and if the questions could be reworded to get the same information without the cultural bias. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
