Know it is not hard to understand.  But you are apparently incapable of

You *asked* for an example of a question that *could* be culturally 
biased.  And that is what you got.  You did *NOT* ask for a question 
with a cultural bias that invalidated the question!  There is not a one 
to one relationship.  And apparently no matter how many times several of 
us have fucking said, "you are frigin right!", not turning in a person 
drunk on duty, even for cultural reasons, is bad -- you insist on 
continuing to bash *us* about it. 

But being right, does not remove the potential cultural bias.  And 
assuming all possible bias in the test is equally invalid is wrong.  All 
we know is that analysis of the *results* seems to indicate there might 
be a cultural bias to the test.  That bias may be valid as this example 
would be, or it may not.  We do not know.  Probably nobody know if the 
test was not evaluated to determine what the cultural biases might have 
been and if the questions could be reworded to get the same information 
without the cultural bias.
