It is a cultural bias. Whether it is a cultural bias that can be accepted for the position or not is a completely different and separate question. The point we are trying to pound through your head is that cultural bias DOES NOT EQUAL acceptable answer. What it does mean is that if one does not understand WHY the question is being answered by a given culture a certain way, it is very hard to know if they are giving acceptable answers or not. Maybe it is because it is not acceptable to tattle, maybe it is a different concept of 'report' or 'drunk' or some other concept -- to just pull a some random concepts out of the question under dispute. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
