So, lets put this in perspective.

If a question on a driver's test reads 'What does a red light mean?'
and the possible answers are
a) Stop your vehicle
b) Nothing, its merely a suggestion
c) Your microwave popcorn is done

If there is a 'culture' of people who firmly believe that red lights
mean their microwave popcorn is done than this question is 'culturally
biased'?
