Let's look at it legally: (1.) let's say you go to a bar and get totally shitfaced. Then you fall off your stool into a guy who pushes you, so you push back, the guy falls, hits his head and dies. What will you be charged with? (2.) You ID a person you want dead, you buy a gun and locate a place to shoot the guy, and then you arrange to have the person at your location and you shoot him dead.
