In my opinion the biblical canonizers did today's world a complete disservice by incorporating John's odd misaligned gospels instead of Thomas'. John was of the fire and brimstone variety while Thomas was of the seek-truth variety. By going with John the canonizers screwed the planet for the last 1000 years. Thus the difference between religion and spirtualism. Religious Christians would call my opinion heresy, but non-religious Christians would agree or at least engage in a super-fun debate. But you needn't be religious nor spiritual to be guilty and/or know the difference between right and wrong. After all, we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal. Sounds like Ben was on Thomas' side rather than John's. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
