He was reading form an article. I don't fish anymore but my dad tells
me since Obama was elected you need to pay $100 license to fish in the
ocean off NY. It was always free. If you fish near NJ it's only $8 or
something like that.

Do you know that one of the reasons the welfare budget is as high as
it is -- and these numbers are I guess ten years old, but in 1999,
maybe earlier than that, for every dollar that was budgeted for
welfare or food stamps, AFDC, whatever it is, 28 cents of it was spent
on administering it, so 72 cents out of every dollar got there. I
mean the high administrative costs are actually when you donate
through the government. I don't know of a president ever who has
asked people to donate to a relief effort through a White House
website. It's never happened before.

What's wrong with that?

By the way, leave our penises alone, too. This is getting out of
hand. There is a story that some officials in the Obama
administration are pushing for circumcision for all boys born in the
USA to fight HIV/AIDS. Not that I'm against circumcision, but it's a
family's decision. Leave our penises alone, too, Obama! You know
who's going to be really upset about this news? NOCIRC, the National
Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers. They're a
San Francisco group, and they want to eliminate circumcision. Here's
Obama out there saying we gotta have circumcision of every young boy
born in the country. This is not going to please the NOCIRC people at
all.
Social Security cuts the next two years.

You got him, I'm sure there were some people somewhere in the word that said it.

I can't confirm this one

Rush said that in '04 but his records weren't released until '05

Maybe I'll check more tomorrow
