I could agree to that, but prefer the original 14-45 with a deteriorating
drill schedule as you get older.  Maybe even make it like 15-30.  Start
with a boy scouts (without the discrimination and religion) type group
teaching field craft and marksmanship, advance through some kind of BCT and
go to your unit.  You have rotating drills through out the year.

I mean think about what it woyuld do just for the level of fitness in this
country.  You could teach government and civics classes during sergeants
time.
