Maybe they don't have as many gangstas. We discussed the infant
mortality numbers being slewed, what about violence? How many
Canadians survive a hospital visit due to gang violence? Also
remember, the Canadians bus folks across the border to save on
expensive machinery costs. It would suck if we got rid of that
expensive equipment to save costs.
