And you know for a fact that this officer did? And if several rounds shot into Michael Brown, who was on drugs at the time, didn't stop him, do you think the officer should have risked his life by tazing Brown, rather than utilize sufficient force to stop him for sure?
And all of that after Brown had apparently fought with the officer, fractured his head and attempted to take his firearm, which which, had he been able to get it, would have surely shot the officer to death.
