Yes, it is. Science is nice and all but its not the end all/be all. Let me take
a personal example. I have, with witnesses, caused rain to pause or stop, clouds
to move, etc. I can do this with a high chance of success. I believe I can do
so, I can replicate it when needed and it is totally unscientific. There are
others with similar beliefs that they can back up that are also outside of
'science'. Most of magic from day one to now is outside of the realm of science.
Yes, some like chemistry are pulled in but try writing the mathematical equation
of a ghost. And yes, I've got personal experience (again with witnesses) on that
as well. Totally insane.
So if there are things that exist outside of science, maybe some of those
beliefs that are associated (like belief in God and rules given by that God) are
true as well. But that's just my take.
