Whites generally. If someone else picks it out and matches it with a
meal then a red is good, but if I just go buy something I generally
can't stand it. I usually go with a Pinot Grigio unless I'm having
lobster or salmon or so and then it's Chardonnay for the buttery
complement. We also have a local winery, Wollersheim, that makes what
they call Prairie Fume that seems okay. I haven't died from it yet.
Haven't had a blush in over 10 years, and I'm pretty sure last time I
had it that it was from a box. Ros� I know nothing about.

I usually end up just buying for the label. Ravenswood and Frog's Leap
are graphically nice.
