Other than that I think Milk neutralises the chemicals that cause pepper
to burn.
The best thing to drink if your mouth is burning after eating pepper is
milk.

i just mad a wicked salsa from tomatoes, garlic, onion, green pepper,
black pepper, banana pepper, little salt & white vinegar & a little non
descript green pepper. now i have washed my hands with dish soap & just
wiped my brow with my hand & now my for head is burning!

what will stop the oil?
