Actually what I did was go to the Dell web site and do a knowledgebase search
for the string: "Regulator Error" and it found a message in one of the forums
with the adobe link.

There is more on the #2 problem as well, with suggestions for reseating the
plugs around the processor and the plug where the power supply connects to the
motherboard.
