Anyone who defies the state department is tops in my book. They (the SD) think
they're their own government without having to report truth to anyone. Look at
their 'reports' the congress. Little truth and lots of hiding of facts.

Bosnian war criminal.  Not to mention that he likes to get strange phone calls
about Saddam from nonexistent think tanks.
