One day at my old work place me and a fellow co-worker were just small-talking, and out of pure curiosity I asked him how much he gets paid.  He then gives me a half-disgusted look on his face, and I thought "gee what's wrong with you I'm just curious".  I was pretty much a kid then and less than a year exposed to the corporate world.  I honestly didn't know that you weren't suposed to share that kind of information, and I guess if I thought more about it, it would have made sense.  I just hope he didn't think I was being sneaky or anything!
