10 pounds in two weeks. Thanks for all the advice and info!
On a side note. Since I've changed my diet, I've noticed a few other
changes beside losing a few pounds. I used to have oily skin on my
forehead and now its gone. I guess it was all the carbs.? I also feel
hungry in a good way. Before, if I didn't eat soon enough I would become
dizzy. Now I just feel hungry. I also get hungry more times a day. I
didn't expect that. I guess a steady diet of carbs really messes with
your system. :-\
