Why not? Given the occasional need to customize/recompile Apache? Are there
any "state secrets" in there? The modules used to come with source on
Solaris, if I recall correctly. I realize that newer version of Apache tend
to use dynamically loaded modules, but there are enough variations on Apache
to warrant the distribution of the module source, I'd think.

If this isn't going to happen, what would be the likelihood that we could
get an "unofficial" module build for Apache on OS X? After all, several
Macromedians are running CF MX on OS X using the CF MX web server, right?
Surely they'd like to be able to use a "real" web server?
