Tomcat + CFMX for J2EE = Free + $3400/CPU = $3400/CPU Just to make the numbers right! But, is cost of acquisition the issue? If so, BlueDragon wins. What is the value of a J2EE-Certified app server (JRun). What is the value of latest version of CFML? What is the value of Clustering/Load-balancing, multiple server deployment.? I haven't looked at BlueDragon recently, so I do not know if these features are available. The point I am trying to make is that they are different products for different users.
