A Flex developer out to upgrade to FlashBuilder -Standard- isn't going to go, "Oh... I can spend an extra $50 and buy ColdFusion Builder instead, which contains FlashBuilder." Sure :) But the FlexBuilder 3 Professional folks who are going to upgrade to FlashBuilder 4 are going to get ColdFusion Builder as part of that upgrade.
