Hi Andrew I agree with Chad and Grant, its pretty much to weed out people who have no experience and want there first job or people with little experience.
2.5 years or 3 years won't matter to most employers. I couldn't see Corfield going for a CF job that asks for 4 years experience and getting knocked back because he had 3.5 lol, although there are some whacked employers out there who'll try and shaft you. If you're confident in your skills/experience just apply and have an interview and use that to express your skills.
