Well .. The great of having the unofficial packages in PPA
is to provide a newer version that help us testing so we can fix things
before  move to Debian Unstable  so giving us  a better Cherokee Package
for  Debian and Ubuntu.

That's the reason to be for debian unstable or Cherokee Package from PPA

And as we know the Cherokee Package from PPA or any package from debian
unstable  can break at any time.

I know that  and you must know I've said I'll fix that error for the
debian package. Haven't fixed yet, and that's because there still time to
fix it.
