Whenever any Cherokee installation fails for whatever reason - in my case there
is a file missing but nobody can tell me how to get that file so I can get back
on the road.
I suppose if I had offered a bounty of some unspecified amount of money I might
have gotten this problem fixed rather quickly especially if I had put a
time-limit on the bounty.
On the other hand, if money has to be offered to get an obvious bug fixed then
this opens the door to the creation of bugs for profit rather than the creation
of usable software for profit.
Eh, maybe Cherokee 0.99.24 will be the next version I might use. Cherokee
0.99.22 is the last stable version I can see using.
You never can tell, you guys might have managed to break Cherokee without even
knowing it only to learn some years from now your user-base dried up and by
then it will be far too late to fix.
Cheers.
