You may have to burn it out.  Use a torch to light the rubber on fire and let 
it melt away, then beat them out with a hammer.  I actually beat mine out 
with a really big hammer.  They are in there pretty good.  I didn't even 
bother to change them when I redid the rear suspension oin my cousins Monte 
Carlo.
