Denny,
I did mine just a couple of weeks ago.
I hit on the bushing shell to get it out of
roundness/weaker.
then I hit it out with a hammer.
To get the urethane bushings into the arms/rear end, I left
them in the freezer for half an hour, and they went
straight in.
