Keith, I found that Farmers, who my wife and I have been with for 25 years, all of our cars and house,would only insure up to an appraised value. Like everyone suggested check out Haggerty, and here is two more for you to check out,I have my 66 insured with Condon & Skelly(Metlife)Agreed value of 22K, and the same type of full coverage insurance for $188.00 per year! http://www.condonskelly.com http://www.classicins.com these people only do classic cars, so talk to them and they will give you an cost over the phone, but whoever you go with, it will be better than your regular insurance company knowing you will get what your car is worth in case of a total loss.
