Hi Jessica~ I have 5 dogs, 2 of which are Chihuahuas. I keep the house very clean. I have my dogs groomed every 4-6 weeks. Guests comment that they would never know I have dogs because the house does not smell at all. Even my mother in law states that fact, which is a huge compliment coming from her. Ha! Ha! In fact, I know people who don't have any pets and their houses are filthy. If you keep your Chihuahua bathed and clean your house frequently, you will not have an odor problem.
