As a Deaf person, I can't realy hear the reverse sneezing, just see it, so I don't realy know what it sounds like....and I have never seen one with a collapsed trachea, so I am not sure how one would know the difference. Personally, I would have to rely on someone else telling me something wasn't "right" with one of mine. My family is all familiar with the reverse sneezing, so they don't mention that, but quest in my home often do, lol Marsha
