yes, they are two different things. reverse sneezing is simply an annoying
"thing" they do. A collasped trachea could be a serious health issue and
needs to be seen by a vet. Even if the trachea problem is one that is not
serious at the moment, it could worsen over time....where as the reverse
sneezing is not realy something to worry about unless it is causing other
issues....like keeping the dog from ever being able to rest comfortably,
ect.....
