It concerned me because I didn't know what would cause a bruise on her neck. Also, I've had other dogs that were spayed, but I never noticed any of them having bruised necks. I haven't purposely touched the bruise, so I don't know if it's tender or not. My neighbor was holding her about 1 1/2 hours ago, and Katie cried out. Maybe my neighbor touched it - I don't know.

If she just had a spay and teeth removed - that's puzzling?
Is it tender to the touch, or lumpy? I would ask the Vet.
