Hi everyone, I know you all know I have been having to take Smidgen to the vets re: her heart problems. I have decided to change my vet that I have been using for last 9 years. They have recently re model the office and it seems clients are paying for it.. The prices have gone through the roof! My situation is I want to take Smidge to another vet, so will my old vet give me all my records of the dogs? Beth
