Because we don't want to spend 5000 person-hours building half the
application and then find out that we should have done it differently.

Best at least to have a candidate architecture in place for the whole system
and then farm out the parts to whoever is interested in working on them.

Besides, the general wisdom is start from the glass and design backwards
from there. Has anyone mugged up some screenshots of what Cin3 will look
like?
