I think this a great idea.
There should also be mandatory vet..I mean we all know some are incompetent
so there should be a committee to choose the proper vets..of course OFA
would do for hips...
And to proceed absolutely on the straight and narrow the club could hire
vets to inspect the dogs on the Friday before a show...any and all with a
hint of slipping patella's, heart murmur or any irregularity can be
eliminated before it even walks into the ring.
The club can do so much more.
