Kathy, as far as I'm concerned this is very, very relevant to any scheme of
policing health testing. And a good reason why breeders should be the ones
with the responsibililty for policing themselves. Putting it in the hands of
those in power would not help the breed.
I'm looking at what those in power in our breed organizations have done and
are doing and prefer to keep my own council and police my own health testing,
and the health testing of any stud dogs I use. I think that's the only system
that will work.
