You are completely correct...Thank God we live in a land were we make our
own choices...good or bad. This helps form a "bell curve" for humanity...
If we have a "ruling" class system or a "communism" system...people at the
top are allowed to be above the law. Policing would only happen to those
who fell "Out of Favor" with the powers that be!!! What a "Tainted Lily".
Let us work on what we do have...education is empowerment. We as breeders
and exhibitors see the normative need to improve breeding and ownership
practices...but the public at large have a perceived need that this is not
problematic.
We need to create "perceived need" with the public...there is a wide gap
between "normative (the professionals/experts) and perceived (public)" in
the world...let us work together to close that gap!!!
Self reflection and education is a very power tool for growth...
