Out of curiosity I asked a similar question prior to my judging in the US
(CKCS) and was told that because of the current "situation" in the US in
cavaliers, our KC was turning a "blind eye" to it all but the truth of the
matter was that yes, if they chose, UK Judges who judged at CKCSC shows could
face disciplinary procedures for judging shows not affiliated to the relevant
Kennel Club of that country.
