As Laura states this is an "extraordinary matter" and the CKCSC By-Laws
spells this out in Article IV, item 9, part C. Definitely a membership vote
is required. To change the by-law also would require a membership vote.
The CKCSC Board cannot simply vote and enact a change. Harold
