Right again. Here is the follow-up answer from "Friday's World" by
Tuftonian, in the July 6 edition of Dog World: (note that they refer to the
CKCSC, USA as the "Cavalier Club of America" and the "parent club".)

"I am grateful to Terry Thorn for filling me in <snip>

Terri says, "To judge at any show throughout the world (apart from open
shows or match meetings in the US) a person must first be approved to award
CC's by the Kennel Club in the relevant breed. In the case of America, the
KC has a reciprocal agreement with the AKC which in turn has no objection to
UK judges judging in shows run by the UKC, providing they meet the above
criteria. The AKC does not object to UK judges officiating at championship
shows run by the Cavalier Club of America or any of its branches. Cavalier
enthusiasts in the US have the option of registering their stock solely with
the parent breed club or with dual registration to include the AKC. Dogs
can become breed club champions, AKC champions, or both. <snip> Thanks
Terry; I'm sure this has put some judges minds at rest."
