Some have been and still are attempting to do this as *yes*, it is something
that can be done.
But a very few breeders and some pet owners are saying this is an
extraordinary matter and the club By-laws say all extraordinary matters must
be voted on by the entire membership.
Considering the intense depth of feelings on both sides--I would have to
agree they are right--this is an extraordinary matter.
