That is unfortunate, and if we put aside the terrible state of things for a
moment, i am wondering about the rules?
If someone is standing in the ballroom (or whatever) and is ready to go in,
and asks an exibitor about majors and points etc., then walks out and pulls
their dog. Does this not fall under "unsportsman like conduct" ?
I was curious if there is any penalty (significant financial maybe a few
hundred dollars, and your name on a bad girl list) for being present at the
show, and having no real reason to pull a dog? (excluding you missed your
turn, or didn't hear them call your number! that happens to everyone at some
time!)
how common is it to have dogs who are present excluding ones who came into
season naturally, just stand by the way side and not go in?
