There is a monstrous difference between the two. One is that the person who
buys the house is the only one who will suffer if something is wrong with
it. Two is that a house is an inanimate object that feels no pain.

If one wants to breed and keep ALL their dogs--then so be it. Don't tell
anyone anything. They can suffer the consequences of their own actions and
watch their own dogs suffer away from the eyes of the world.

But if one if going to SELL those dogs, then you should be liable for what
happens to those dogs because those dogs are the RESULT of YOUR actions.

And especially because poor choices WILL cause those dogs more pain and/or
suffering.

How much do you want to bet that the very same people who insist on right to
privacy in breeding matters ARE using the little bit of Heart Registry
information available to their benefit though. How very strange!
