I did not realize that Club Secretaries in the UK are not part of the Board of Directors -- they are a voting Board member here in the USA. Plus I did not mean for you to distribute my post -- just to bring the concept of a "central clearing house", initiated by the country of origin for Cavaliers, for health test results in order to combat health problems in the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
