I did not realize that Club Secretaries in the UK are not part of the Board of
Directors -- they are a voting Board member here in the USA.  Plus I did not
mean for you to distribute my post -- just to bring the concept of a "central
clearing house", initiated by the country of origin for Cavaliers, for health
test results in order to combat health problems in the Cavalier King Charles
Spaniel.  It was just an idea -- probably too much to ask for!
