Some Club secretaries are members of the Committee - the Secretary of the CKSC Club has never been a member of the Committee there fore merely the voting rights of the ordinary member. Your idea is very laudable - have you any idea how many staff would need to be employed in order to administrate it? Or do you envisage it all been administered on a voluntary basis - if so are you going to volunteer??? VBG
