Hi, I use the same here for my 3 yr old boy... I also add a capsule of shark cartilage at supper time. He was also put on a diet and he lost 6 extra pounds he was carrying around.
The cortisone needle on 5 or 6 weeks did not do much for him, but the Canine Ibuprofun did wonder and then he was transfer on the glucosamine chondroitin. He still has a little limping, but it is getting better all the time... Every morning and night, he sits by my side of the bed until he gets his pill. He never comes down wothout it... like he knows it makes him better. He also take it like a human: open his mouth, and swallow it! What a sight to see!
