Sounds all fairly normal to me VBG I would suggest that the owner "picks up" more frequently. In an Xpen a growing pup has less and less space to keep away from "deposits" You don't say if she has soiled her box when she was closed in it - again perhaps she needs toileting more frequently also the box will need cleaning out with one of these deodorising cleaners so that all trace of the scent of pee is eliminated. As for eating poo - again she needs to pick up quickly - it may be that the change of food has made it attractive but I have found that even adults can get into the habit of eating someone else's deposits when fed kibble. Last thought maybe she is over feeding the pup which will lead to an increase and also change the consistency of the poo making it easier to spread around!! VBG Sorry not to be more helpful but I really don't think that puppies watch were they walk like a human does! Yuck!
