In my opinion, good movement encompasses carriage as well as reach, drive, coming and going true. In motion, the topline should remain level with the tail carried as the standard requires. A really reachy dog will usually carry his head out in front, but a dog with great presence on the move will carry his a tad higher showing his crest of neck.
Others may feel otherwise and still be correct and that's what makes the sport such fun as well as a challenge.
