With the exception of the Min Pin of course. Sadly though many of these dogs with straight shoulders that move with their head up give the "appearance" of reach if you are only watching for the footfall as it will come just under the line of the nose and chin. But since the head is being carried high there is no actual reach nor if watch closely is there any follow through. They just pick it back up once they get to the line of shoulder. There are some really great resources for learning to assess movement Pagey Elliott's Dogsteps both the book and the video and another video called A Key To Movement. This one is like watching paint dry but if you get through the whole thing without falling asleep or succeeding in a suicide attempt you'll have a really good handle on movement.
