When you say "breeders" being the exception rather than the rule in terms of being knowledgeable in all aspects of dogs and about their breed specifically, I am going to assume you must be including the puppy millers and byb and lumping them in with the serious hobby breeder by the sheer numbers in comparison then I suppose you'd be right. But a person who merely puts two dogs of the same breed and opposite sex at the right time does not a breeder make.
