LOL, well I've  tried using a more doggy related analogy and it never works.
Some people cannot realise that one pet being affected by a genetic defect
isn't the same as one of a breeder's dogs showing a defect. True, both have
to be treated, but the pet owner doesn't have to spay/neuter all related
dogs (this can sometimes be every dog  the breeder has!), see years of work
go down the drain, and try to figure out how the h--- to start over.
